My culinary journey started in high school, when I decided to become a chef. After high school I went to culinary college, then worked in various countries where I learned and appreciated different cuisines, shaping my style and broadening my palate.

My secret in the kitchen is consistency. I treat every ingredient with the utmost care and respect, and I show reverence to the entire process of food from start to finish.






















Chef Carter was excellent. He cooked a wonderful island menu for us for Christmas dinner. Everything was delicious and well presented. He set the table in advance so all we had to do was show up. The clean up afterwards was also excellent. We did not need to do anything, and he left the kitchen spotless. Highly recommended.
